Shipping

vague-us.com ships orders all over the U.S. through USPS Priority Mail. All orders are processed and shipped within a week of their placement. During periods of excessive orders there can be a slight delay in sending out shipments due to the high traffic of orders to process. vague-us.com will not be responsible for the delay of shipments caused by weather conditions or any circumstance beyond the control of Vague. Please make sure to enter a correct address during checkout. Once all orders are sent, a change of delivery address will not be possible.

 Returns and Exchanges

All product sales are final. Returns can only be made for an item that is purchased if said customer is looking to get the product in a different color or size.

Once we receive the item that is to be exchanged, the new size or color will be dispatched in 1-2 business days. Shipping fees that are associated with exchanges must be covered by the customer. To start the exchange process the customer must contact us via info@vague-us.com.
